We do not fulfill or dispatch orders outside these defined geographic zones. Any order placed for delivery outside Islamabad and Rawalpindi will not be processed unless explicitly authorized in writing by our management.

2. Delivery Days & Operational Schedule

We provide delivery services throughout the week, ensuring that your occasions, anniversaries, and celebrations are met on time.

While our delivery operations run consistently, fulfillment is subject to daily scheduling capacity, peak holiday rushes, and unforeseen local security or traffic conditions.

3. Same-Day Delivery & Daily Cut-Off Times

We offer same-day delivery services within our designated service areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed and fully paid before our daily operational cut-off time of 6:00 PM. Orders submitted past this cut-off window will automatically be scheduled for delivery on the subsequent business day.

Scheduled deliveries for specific future dates and times can be booked in advance during the checkout process.

4. Delivery Charges & Payment Methods

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery sector, distance, and specific neighborhoods within Islamabad and Rawalpindi, and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

7. Failed Deliveries, Incorrect Data, and Recipient Unavailability

Customers are strictly responsible for providing complete, accurate delivery addresses, postal details, landmarks, and active phone numbers for both the sender and the recipient.

If a delivery attempt fails because:

• The address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or untraceable;

• The recipient is unavailable, unreachable, or unresponsive at the provided location; or

• The recipient refuses to accept the delivery;

• The order will be deemed successfully fulfilled. No monetary refunds will be issued for delivery failures caused by customer-provided errors.
