2. User Eligibility & Account Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and place orders. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

If you create an account, you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password. You accept full liability for all activities, unauthorized access, or orders placed under your account.

3. Product Representation, Freshness & Substitution Policy

Flowers, foliage, and natural products are seasonal, perishable items whose color, size, and shape may vary from website images.

Right to Substitute: Due to seasonal availability, environmental factors, or international supply issues, we reserve the right to substitute specific flower varieties, greens, wrapping materials, or add-on items (such as chocolates or cakes) with alternatives of equal or higher value and equivalent quality without prior notice. Such substitutions shall not constitute a defect or grounds for a refund.

Perishability & Care: Fresh flowers are perishable goods. We guarantee their freshness at the time of delivery. Once delivered in good condition, we bear no liability for wilting, damage, or degradation caused by improper recipient handling, lack of water, or environmental conditions.

4. Pricing, Orders, and Cut-off Times

All prices listed on the website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

Orders placed after our daily operational cut-off time (8:00 PM) will be processed and scheduled for delivery on the next working day, unless express prior arrangements have been made with our customer support team.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including instances of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued via the original payment channel where applicable.

5. Delivery Policy & Limitation of Liability

Delivery Areas & Fees: Delivery charges range depending on the precise sector or location within Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Time Slots: While we make every commercially reasonable effort to honor requested delivery time slots, exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to high delivery volumes, traffic congestion, weather disruptions, or security checkpoints. Delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refunds.

Inaccurate Details & Recipient Unavailability: You must provide accurate recipient details, complete addresses, and active contact numbers. If the delivery personnel arrive and the recipient is unavailable, refuses the delivery, or if the address is incorrect/incomplete:

• The order will be deemed successfully delivered.

• No refunds will be provided for incorrect details.

• Any request for re-delivery to a new address or at a different time will incur additional delivery charges.

Force Majeure: flowerbouquetshop.pk shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, civil unrest, road closures, strikes, security lockdowns, or government restrictions.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Requests for order cancellations or modifications must be communicated directly to our customer support via phone or WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.

Cancellations or changes requested less than 2 hours before delivery, or for orders containing custom-arranged or specialized fresh flowers, cannot be guaranteed and are entirely at our discretion. If preparation has already begun, no refunds will be issued.

7. Complaints, Claims, and Refund Policy

Any complaints regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 2 hours of delivery (supported by clear photographic evidence of the product, order number, and delivery timestamp).

Complaints submitted after 2 hours will not be entertained under any circumstances, as fresh flowers degrade naturally over time.

Approved refunds or resolutions (such as partial store credit or replacement) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Under no circumstances will our total liability exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific order.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, flowerbouquetshop.pk, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or our services.
